Can I have my items shipped?
We are able to ship some items before the concert but not all. Most items will be pick-up only. Please look to the event page on this website for a list of the products that can be shipped.
Additional shipping costs may occur.
What if I miss pick-up?
If you miss out on picking up your goods before the show, please reach out to us.
We can then set up shipping the goods to you. If we are still in the area, we may be able to set up a pick-up.
Additional shipping costs may occur.
Any unclaimed perks will be given away in promotional materials.
How long will it take to ship my items?
If you are wanting certain items that are available before the show, please reach out. Then making of the goods can be estimated to take 14 business days, then the desired shipping times will apply after that. This will be after the fundraiser is completed and closed.
If after the concert: Once we gather the information from your reach out, we will give you a quote on current rates and speeds for shipping. Then payment for shipping is collected and shipped out.
When can I pick up my items?
We typically offer pick-ups the day before the concert, and then on the day of the concert until doors open. Once doors open we will be headed inside and will no longer accept pick-up requests until after the concert.
Please note that we do not guarantee pick-up after the concert. Your items may have to be shipped to you, and additional shipping costs may apply.
